Workshop on Explosives (French Journée de la Détonique)
GOAL OF THE WORKSHOP
This workshop is intended for engineers and researchers interested in energetic materials science and technology.
It will be devoted to the innovative characterization at the service of the simulation of energetic materials, in order
to better understand the behavior of these materials. Specifically, the following scientific or technological fields will be
highlighted: physico-chemical analysis, thermomechanical, safety and detonic characterization, in relationship with modelling
and simulation.
With the agreement of the authors, the contributions (manuscripts or talks, and posters) will be available on-line after the
workshop.
COMMITTEES
This workshop is arranged by the French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission (CEA) and will be a special session of the Europyro / 44th International Pyrotechnics Seminar (French Journée de la Détonique).

Participants are invited to submit papers for talks or posters.
Contributions can take the form of oral presentations or posters.
The official language is English (no simultaneous translation).
Presentations should be unclassified.
